HENNA IN THE NEWS

11-01-07 A few weeks ago, I was interviewed by a student at Kent State University, Brittany Moseley, for an article on henna. Apparently, I provided the "professional" contribution...check out the article "Modern Take On Ancient Art Is A Hit".

7-25-07 On July 12th, I taught a henna workshop for the Brecksville Center For The Arts. The Sun Courier published a photo along with a little blurb about the class in the July 19th issue.

6-13-07 I appeared on Fox 8's "That's Life" with Robin Swoboda. We chatted about henna as I applied a small design on one of Robin's interns. My appearance also helped to promote the Coventry Street Fair the next day. Click here to view the segment!

11-05-06 In the Sunday edition of the Cleveland Plain Dealer, I was interviewed for the weekly "10 Minutes With..." column in the PDQ section. Check out "pdQ&A - 10 Minutes With... Kristina Haberek"

7-27-06 On Fox 8's morning show, "Kickin' It With Kenny", I was featured doing henna on the host, Kenny Crumpton. Kenny was on location at Coventry in Cleveland Heights talking about the upcoming street fair that evening in which I also participated in.

12-15-05 In the December/January 2005/06 issue of Artefakt Magazine, I am featured in an article showcasing Cleveland Fashion. View the article and photos.

4-30-05 On Saturday 4-16-05, I conducted a henna program for teens at the Warren-Trumbull County Library. The was a photo published in the Tribune Chronicle the next day.

10-10-04 A few weeks ago, I volunteered my services at a camp for young burn victims. There was a large article written about this camp in the Cleveland Plain Dealer. I am mentioned about halfway through. View the article.
