It is up to the customer to request insurance on domestic shipments. All orders are shipped without insurance unless otherwise requested. HennaMe is not responsible for lost or damaged packages if insurance is not purchased.

If you would like your order to be insured, please choose the International Express Mail option during checkout. Express Mail is automatically insured for up to $100. International Priority Mail cannot be insured.
